ummm a house?

Okay so me and blake have about 7 months on our lease and we are trying to decide what to do next. should we get a house, stay in an appt, get a mobile home? AWW! I'm going crazy. We see houses that we like but we get scared w/ the idea of down payments and closing cost and insurance and so on. I just dont know what to do. thanks for letting me vent!
