VCUG

Killie had her VCUG yesterday! It was awful! She kicked out her catheter and screamed almost the whole time! It was really hard to sit back and just watch them do the test. The Dr. was super nice though. She even held Killie after the procedure was done for me! The Dr. wants us to have an ultrasound done on her bladder and kidneys. She said that the left kidney is refluxing and she thinks that the bladder might be leaking into the vagina. The ultrasound will show us what damage there is and what is missing in her plumbing system! She did spike a fever today of 104. The pediatrician checked her out yesterday and said her urine is clear and that there appears to be no signs of a cold or anything else to make her have a fever so its another wait and see game. I'll post about this after i get the official report of the VCUG and hear about the ultrasound!
