The 4th was a very busy day for us! That morning we (me and the kids) got up at 8 (very early for us) to go to the children's parade in Midland with some friends! We had a blast! Reid is still talking about it! Then we came back home took naps and got ready to go to grammy and papas. After lunch at grammy and papas we went to firecracker fandango in Odessa. We had so much fun!
Reid played in the giant sand box, rode the train, watched the fireworks, and the kids were in some contest. 
Killie was in the baby Derby which is for crawlers! Killie just sat there and laughed at all the other kids crawling past her! I'm sure she was thinking suckers!! 
Reid did the toddler run and came in 3rd place!! Woo hoo maybe there is hope of him being in sports! During the fireworks Killie bounced around from me to dad to papa then grammy. She didnt mind them till the grand finale when they all went off and she tried climbing up grammy thinking some one was out to get her. Reid did what i use to do; sit in the car with his hands over his ears. He had fun but insisted that the doors be shut and his hands over his ears. Reid and i have some traits in common that just flat out scare me. The noise thing, the fear of people dressed up as characters, and so on! I'm sorry little man! 
Blake was in a magic show (which quit frankly sucked) but Reid had fun watching daddy! But that was our 4th! Hope yalls was as fun as ours!
